(Middleton O'Malley-Keyes father):-

Jane O'Malley-Keyes wife of the herein said
Sir Middleton O'Malley-Keyes and their son Hamilton O'Malley aka Hamilton O'Malley-Keyes

Middleton O'Malley-Keyes' wife the said Jane O'Malley-Keyes formerly Jane Malley (born as Jennie B. Malley) daughter of Edward Malley founder of the Edward Malley Store and company,  had an interest in her maternal great grandfather Mathew Bynes Estate, she also had an interest in her father, Edward Malley Estate. She gave her whole interest in the Mathew Byrnes estate to her husband Sir Middleton O'Malley-Keyes for he to enjoy while he is alive and for the capital, upon his death, to go to their issue.

It is believed that the income Jane had given to her husband Sir Middleton from the Mathew Byrnes estate was invested in the Soverign Military Order of Malta Charity Organization- Corporation to which he belonged to as a Knight.  The contingent beneficiaries would be on the list in the Organization.
